Hien Le FCA DChA

Principal / Director

Hien is a chartered accountant with over 25 years experience including 10 years as Finance Director, gained in both private and public sectors. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England Wales and holds the prestigious ICAEW Diploma in Charity Accounting (DChA). He has considerable experience of business planning and financial management for both the business and Not-for-Profit sectors. He has a special interest in social enterprise and advises our clients on how to develop and diversify income streams through trading. He enjoys conducting feasibility studies to explore social enterprise opportunities and helping clients to develop business plans. 

Trevor O'Farrell

Consultant

With over 25 years experience in Not-for-Profit business development, fundraising, marketing and communications, Trevor is an experienced, effective and able communicator with high level presentational and interpersonal skills and the proven ability to network, research and strategically link initiatives to achieve funding and develop organisational aims and objectives. Committed to raising the profiles of not for profit and social enterprise organisations, he also has experience in the production of communications and marketing materials (film, print and online) for not for profit organisations. With experience in community development, campaigning, education and training, and health and social care, Trevor’s fundraising background includes; bid writing for outcomes focussed statutory funding, Charitable Trust and Foundation fundraising for core cost and bespoke projects, European funding and major donors.
